Currently, you can connect the Verv app to Fitbit and Apple Health apps. To do this, please go to the Profile tab > Settings (upper-right corner) > Sync your Data.

You may try the following options: Go to Menu > Settings > Audio Settings > Voice Volume and manage the voice volume.
