What is a sprint?

Sprint is running at 80% or 100% effort. When running at 80% you should feel that you can comfortably complete that interval and then keep on going with the rest of the workout. For 100% sprints your effort should be close to maximum but still not a full speed. For more information about running with sprint intervals, please, check out our Tips section.
