I don’t hear the sound

Sorry to hear that😯  To fix it, you can try following these steps:

  1. Make sure you've turned the sound on your device ON and check the audio settings before working out.
  2. Use headphones/earphones for your workout.
  3. On iOS, use the Padlock icon in the bottom-right corner to lock the screen instead of using only the lock button on your phone. The app will then work fully and you'll be able to hear all the voice instructions and follow your stats on the locked screen.
  4. Restart the app and the workout.
