To keep up your progress, it's advisable to train at least a few times per week. If you're in good shape, you can work out more often. However, please note that the main point here is to do it on a regular basis (short but frequent workouts are better than long and infrequent ones). Don't forget that rest days are also vital for your recovery and muscle growth🍃
