That's must be so frustrating. Let's see if we can help😞 Kindly note that the app tracks your actual distance and pace with the help of GPS, and it works only outside.
Please try these options to resolve the issue:
- Check the GPS settings on your device: Settings > turn Location Services ON and enable the 'While Using' option for this app.
You may need to wait for a couple of minutes to get a signal as GPS depends on the weather.
- Tap Settings > find the Verv app and enable the Motion & Fitness option.
- Enter the phone's Settings, tap Cellular and enable cellular data access for the Verv app.
- Before starting your workout, make sure that the signal is ok, and at least one GPS indicator is showing on the screen, as well as checking whether 'Indoor mode' is enabled/disabled.
