I bought Premium but can’t access its features

No worries if you can't access Premium features. Kindly follow these steps to resolve this issue:

1) Check the Internet connection.

2) Verify your subscription status and make sure it hasn't expired:

iOS: tap device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions. Otherwise, go to in-app Profile settings > Restore.

Android: open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. Verify you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
