How to get a refund if I paid using a Card/PayPal?

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to get a refund for your subscription:

1️⃣ Send an email to support@verv.com 

If you would like a refund for your subscription paid with a card or PayPal, the first step is to send an email to support@verv.com with your refund request and any additional details. Be sure to include your Verv account information (such as your email address or username) in the email so our customer support team can locate your account and process your request as quickly as possible.

2️⃣ Wait for a response from our Customer Support team

After you have submitted your refund request, our customer support team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours to receive a response.

3️⃣ Provide additional information (important!)

In some cases, our customer support team may need additional information from you in order to process your refund request. If this is the case, they will reach out to you via email and let you know what information is required.

4️⃣ Receive your refund

Once your refund request has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount of your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


☝️Kindly note that your subscription needs to be purchased within the last 14 days to be refunded.
