How to get a refund if I paid through the Google Play Market?

If you purchased a Verv subscription through the Google Play Market and wish to request a refund, we're here to help. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a refund request:

1️⃣ Request a refund through Google Play: If your purchase was made within the last 48 hours, you can request a refund directly through the Google Play Store. To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  • Tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner to open the menu.
  • Tap on "Account" and then "Order history."
  • Find the Verv subscription you wish to request a refund for and tap on "Refund."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the refund process.

2️⃣ Contact our Support: if your purchase was made within the last 14 days and you're unable to request a refund through Google Play, please contact Verv support directly. We'll be happy to assist you with initiating a refund. To do so, please send an email to support@verv.com with your refund request and any additional details.

Please note that refunds may take some time to process, and timelines may vary depending on the payment method used. We recommend contacting Google Play or Verv support as soon as possible to initiate the refund process.
