Don't worry if you can't access Premium features. Simply follow these steps to resolve the said issue:
- Check your Internet connection.
- Make sure your subscription hasn't expired. Tap device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions > choose the app and check the status.
