When you run outside:
- go to your device Settings > turn Location services ON and enable it for this app;
- tap Start on the Home screen of the app > Outdoor.
Please note that the app uses GPS to track your actual pace and distance.
When you run on a treadmill:
- open the app Home screen, tap Start and activate the Treadmill mode;
- submit the results you see on a treadmill screen in your Logs manually. Tap Menu > Workouts > Show details under your workout info > Pencil icon > enter the parameters you see on a treadmill screen.
