Weight Loss Running Using the app

Tracking distance (Android)

When you run outside:

  • go to your device Settings – turn Location services ON and enable it for this app;
  • tap Start on the Home screen of the app – Outdoor.

Please note that the app uses GPS to track your actual pace and distance.

 

When you run on a treadmill:

  • open the app Home screen, tap Start and activate the Treadmill mode;
  • submit the results you see on a treadmill screen in your Logs manually. Tap Menu – Workouts – Show details under your workout info – Pencil icon – enter the parameters you see on a treadmill screen.
