I’ve finished Running for Weight Loss training plan. What should I do next?

Once you’ve finished Stage 1 at any level, we advise you to move to Stage 2 at the same level (available for Premium users only). It offers more advanced workouts.

Also you can switch to other plans: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon.
