How to use Water tracker?

Go to Menu – Meal Plan – the Setting icon in the upper right corner, in order to:

– set a daily goal amount of drinking water;

– choose volume of a cup which works for you the best;

– set your own drinking schedule and receive gentle reminders that will help you stay on track with water intake.


Drinking water is one of the best ways to boost up your metabolism and weight loss, so make it your healthy habit!
