How to use Water tracker?

Drinking water is one of the best ways to boost up your metabolism and weight loss. Go to Menu > Meal Plan > the Setting icon in the upper right corner, in order to:

  • set a daily water intake goal;
  • choose volume of a cup which works for you the best;
  • set your own drinking schedule and receive gentle reminders that will help you stay on track with water intake.
