1. Make sure your Apple Watch is paired with your IPhone.
2. Launch Weight Loss Running app on your iPhone.
3. Enable permissions for using all the app functions in full:
– go to Settings; – open Apple Watch Setup;
– turn on Location Services, Motion Activities;
– enable sync with Apple Health (all the categories must be turned on).
If you use watchOS 4.0 or later, you can give your app permissions right on the watch.
4. Run the app on your Apple Watch and enjoy your training.
