1. Make sure your Apple Watch is paired with your IPhone.
2. Launch Weight Loss Running app on your iPhone.
3. Enable permissions for using all the app functions in full:
- go to Settings;
- open Apple Watch Setup;
- turn on Location Services, Motion Activities;
- enable sync with Apple Health (all the categories must be turned on).
- If you use watch OS 4.0 or later, you can give your app permissions right on the watch.
4. Run the app on your Apple Watch and enjoy your training.
