- Check your Internet connection.
- Make sure your subscription hasn't expired. iOS: device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions > choose the app and check the status. Android: Play Market > Menu > Subscriptions > choose the app and check the status.
