What are Reminders & Notifications for?

Our app gently uses reminders to help you stay on track.

  1. To manage the Workout and Weight tracking reminders tap Menu > Settings > Reminders. Here you can also add your workout schedule to the calendar.
  2. To manage the Water intake reminders tap Menu > Aqua Balance or the water glass icon in the upper right corner of the main screen > Settings.
