I bought Premium but can’t access its features

No worries if you can't access Premium features. Simply follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Check your Internet connection.
  2. Make sure your subscription hasn't expired. iOS: device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions > choose the app and check the status. Android: Play Market > Menu > Subscriptions > choose the app and check the status.
  3. Restore purchases with the same Apple ID/Google account you used to make a purchase. iOS: Tap Menu > Settings > Restore purchases. Android: сlose the app completely (swipe the app up and off the screen) and then open it again.
