Terms and Conditions of Social Media Competitions

  1. The promoter is Verv Inc. whose registered office is at 3773 Howard Hughes Parkway South Tower, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169-6014.
  2. The competition must be conducted, and all prizes awarded as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 
  3. The promoter is responsible for rules of the competition and all aspects of the competition administration.
  4. The competition is open to residents of any country aged 16 years or older except employees of Verv Inc. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
  5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are described via Verv accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
  8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  9. The closing date for entry is stated in the social accounts mentioned above. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows. The promoter asks question/questions via Verv accounts mentioned above. Then the promoter calls users to do an action (to tag social media profile(s), to leave a comment, and/or to fulfill other conditions). The prize of the competition will be played-in among users who have fulfilled the conditions above. 
  12. The competition cannot infringe upon or encourage the infringement of any third party rights or the participation in any unlawful activity.
  13. The competition conditions must comply with the Community Guidelines of YouTube and Terms of Service of YouTube, Facebook Terms and Policies, Instagram Community Guidelines, and The Twitter Rules
  14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  15. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  16. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  17. Winners will be chosen randomly by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.
  18. The winner will be notified by direct messages on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  19. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
  20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by USA law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.
  23. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current USA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  25. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  26. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube any other social network. You are providing your information to Verv and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.
  27. Verv ‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  28. Verv shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  29. Verv also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
