I bought Premium but can’t access its features

No worries if you can't access Premium features. Simply follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Please make sure you do not have access to Premium features which are: a personal trainer, meal plans unlocked, no ads, music mixes.
  2. Check your Internet connection.
  3. Make sure your subscription hasn't expired. Tap device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions > choose the app and check the status.
