But if you decide to end your membership, all you need to do is the following:
- Open the Play Store app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions and find our app.
- Cancel the subscription.
If you purchased the membership directly on our website or through another platform, please follow this link to cancel it: https://verv.health/web/cancel_subscription/
If there's still an issue, please get in touch with us using the in-app Help Center with the email associated with your order, and we'd be glad to cancel it for you.
Note: your subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to its end in order not to be auto-renewed. Once you've canceled your membership, you can still use it with no limits till it expires.
