We’re currently looking for a Head of User Acquisition to join our company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing budget, planning and efficiently allocating to different media sources based on performance;
  • Evaluate key performance metrics and optimize accordingly to achieve ROI and growth targets;
  • Looking for ways to improve user acquisition, generating and testing hypotheses;
  • Strategic management of UA team, setting and monitoring goals;
  • Analysis of competitors: media sources, creative concepts, geo;
  • Monitoring, select and measuring new UA channels;
  • Working closely with other departments in implementing cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years managing campaigns spending $500k+ per month;
  • Data-driven mindset;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Good understanding and proven expertise with Facebook,  Snapchat, TikTok, Google mobile ads, Pinterest;
  • Understanding ad auctions and mobile app attribution;
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate+;
  • Technical background is a plus;
  • Experience in web campaigns and analytics is a plus.
